Over three decades, I’ve been honoured to work with extraordinary humans from many paths—Olympic athletes to tech startups to global capital projects. One thing I’ve appreciated most is witnessing what happens when diverse leaders gather to share insight and experience, and solve seemingly insurmountable challenges together. Collective wisdom emerges that none could reach alone.
Simultaneously, I’ve had the gift of bringing many of these leaders into deeply immersive experiences—often in the natural world—and witnessed the genuine transformation that occurs when we step far enough outside our default structures to expand our view of what’s possible and access the deeper call of our true potential.
In recent years I’ve felt a rising call to create a sustained container that weaves together collective wisdom, immersive transformation, and deep 1:1 support—in service of leaders committed to creating meaningful impact in their lives and in the world.
In June this year, I am launching the Heart of Leadership “Inner Council” as an answer to that call.
The Inner Council is a year-long immersive experience for founders and senior leaders committed to genuine breakthrough as leaders and humans. Not just momentary clarity, but lasting growth and transformation.

The Approach
